5 simple ways to get more oxygen and increase your stamina

A healthy adult breathes 12 to 20 times a minute. The most important thing for a person is to be able to breathe normally. When you really need it. They only understand when they are sick. Our bodies need oxygen to function properly. 90% of energy comes from breathing.
